Health & Social Care Volunteering Fund voted one of top three grant funding programmes in UK

Offering an innovative blend of grants, business expertise and sector specific support for more than 100 health and social care projects, the Health and Social Care Volunteering Fund (HSCVF) is delighted to be runner-up in the prestigious DSC Social Change Awards 2011.

HSCVF partners Primetimers, Attend and CSV support organisations in the voluntary, community and social enterprise sector become more sustainable and increase their effectiveness to address health inequalities and support social care delivery in marginalised communities throughout the country.

"We are extremely proud of having reached the shortlist of just three from 600 nominations" said Carolyn Hay, Director of HSCFV.  "We have only been in grant making for the past two years and are delighted that one of our projects has been acknowledged in such a high profile way."
