Our Directors

James Alexander
James spent 12 years as Corporate Affairs Director for multinational company Burmah Castrol until deciding to move to the voluntary sector. He was appointed Business Development Director and then Managing Director of CAN, Community Action Network. During this time he co-founded PrimeTimers and is currently Chair. He is also Interim Chief Executive of We Are What We Do CIC and a director of several other social enterprises.
Tony Buckland
Formerly a managing director of Deutsche Bank ag and CEO of Deutsche Trustee Company Limited, Tony was also a member of their Charities Committee in London. He has been a member of the What Next Advisory Group, a joint initiative between the Oxford Said Business School and Common Purpose, since 2007 and has mentored a variety of civil society organisations including EKTA, Skyway Agency and the Walworth Garden Farm.
