PRIMETIMERS ANNOUNCES DOH CONTRACT WIN
PrimeTimers is to form a key part of the consortium that has just won a major contract from the Department of Health to manage the Health and Social Care Volunteering Fund. The Fund has been set up by the Department to assist organisations that provide volunteers to the NHS.
In this role PrimeTimers will again be working alongside Ecotec, with whom it recently combined to work on the YSDF contract for the Department of Families and Children.
Mary Chadwick, director of Primetimers, said: “PrimeTimers is constantly expanding the range of contracts that it undertakes and this will be our first work for the Department of Health. We shall be providing a range of diagnostic and support consultancy services to the consortium to ensure the careful targeting and long term sustainability of the programme.”
